Deanna at the desk was great. No real issues and rooms were pretty clean. Each portion of the hotel has a different smell that isn't distinctly the best but I remembered I'm a man and smell doesn't bother me. So since the hotel was good, staff was great, I didn't die, get robbed or sick then it's a solid place to stay. Breakfast was good for the average person too! If you need a good safe place to stay that's clean HERE YA GO otherwise, you can always pay more somewhere else. Have a blessed day!

No words can express how much I love and appreciate Ms. Jessica and Mr. Steve. They helped my family and put a smile on my 74 year old mother's face. The customer service and hospitality was above and beyond what I expected. Even though they're short staffed, Ms. Jessica and Mr. Steve are a damn good team!!! They were running around, assisting customers, fixing rooms, etc and no matter what!! they were still professional. My family and I are so appreciative for everything and making us feel welcome.

I stayed here for awhile while house hunting. Unless your standards are absurd, this place does just fine. I’ve stayed at many places MUCH worse off. I really enjoyed my stay and am very thankful for the staff. The rate was great, the room felt extremely clean, everything worked and operated fine. The shower was clean and hot. Didn’t see a single bug. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. I’m sure if I did have any issues, they would have accommodated. The area felt safe. They had a grab and go breakfast every morning and kitchen kit available upon request. Keep in mind some people book this as a hotel but some people (and families) stay here residentially for a period of time. So you may have families and kids running around. Yes, you might smell people cooking. However everyone was always respectful. The only thing I will say is yes the carpets are super dingy, but honestly I didn’t care about that as I was just walking to/from the room. I loved my stay here. Thank you guys for everything! Amazing stay. The people who work here are genuinely super nice and welcoming—you feel it right away. The rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of. There’s also that calm Ohio feel to the place: simple, clean, and comfortable in the best way. Everything about this hotel just feels right. Perfect place to stay, and I’d absolutely come back. If you want it shorter, more casual, or extra enthusiastic, I can tweak the vibe.

The towels were a little dusty and they were doing construction so there were holes in the ceiling in the hallways. Overall great value for the price we paid though. Everything else was clean, no critters, and had a full kitchen in there. Great place to put your head at at the end of the night, but not spend all day at.

We stayed for 2 weeks. The unit was very roomy and clean. The room accommodated 2 adults and 2 children in our party. There is a breakfast available each morning from 6am to 9am that the kids really enjoyed. Staff was courteous and friendly throughout our stay. I definitely would recommend the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my two-month stay at this extended stay hotel. The staff here are incredibly hardworking and always went out of their way to accommodate my needs. At one point, I lost an important package, and they were quick to help me locate it—something I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience, thanks largely to one staff member in particular — Amanda. She was absolutely amazing. Throughout my stay, I saw her doing so many different jobs with a positive attitude: cleaning rooms, halls, the lobby, working the front desk, handling laundry, keeping things organized, and responding to guest requests quickly. She even stepped in to help her coworkers whenever they needed it. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and versatile, and it made my stay feel really well taken care of. Amanda is a true asset to this hotel, and her hard work does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend staying here!
